By accessing and using hoster.ie, a service operated by Configurix Ltd. (Company No. 808025, Ireland), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

hoster.ie provides domain registration, web hosting, email hosting, and SSL certificate services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptable use policies.

3. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to the rules and policies of the relevant registry (e.g., IEDR for .ie domains, ICANN for gTLDs). You agree to provide accurate WHOIS information.

4. Payment

All prices are in EUR and represent the total price you pay. Domains are billed annually unless otherwise stated. Hosting and email services are billed monthly or annually.

5. Refund Policy

Domain registrations are non-refundable once completed. Hosting services include a 30-day money-back guarantee for new accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Configurix Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
